Brothers and Sisters of IBEW LU 379, it was noted in the December newsletter that according to our CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) when the health insurance increases, this shall be split between labor and management. Effective January 1, 2022, FMCP (Health Insurance) increase $.15 per hour for the (JW) Journeyman Wireman resulting in the JW wage going from $29.30 to $29.23. This would be a wage decrease of $.07 for the JW and the contractor would cover the other $.08. All other classifications would see a wage decrease according to their percentage of the JW up or down. Below are the current wages for all inside classifications. The website has been updated to reflect these new wages.
